I noticed it felt as though I had wet my pants, I hadn't, I walked back to my seat and it had an awful stain. I unzipped it, goo was every where, even soaked threw on my office chair, my pants, now I have a rash on the back off my legs. We bought 2. I don't use them everyday, the other is ok. They never spring back, I stand then up to re disperse the gel. I am ticked, and afraid of the contents of the gel. How can I get ahold of the company? It was pretty embarrassing. They never really helped with my discomfort. Have they came out with anything better?

I bought two of them and they both went flat as a pancake after just a few weeks. Both of us are under 150 lbs. What really pissed me off is that i got the second "free" one for the extra shipping/handling charge and they came in the same box...???

I work at a desk all day and I wanted something to ease the strain in my back and buttocks. I saw this product at Pep Boys and actually left but went back for it. The pillow does not bounce back when you get up. It stays compressed and becomes very uncomfortable no matter what you do. I did not have the problem of gel leaking out but I am trowing mine away after I complain directly to the company and ask for my money back. I think it is a shame when a product is not researched enough by a company.

I thought I might give some balance to all these complaints, because complaints only does not give an accurate evaluation of a product for potential buyers. A friend really liked his Forever Comfy Cushion so sent two to me as a gift. The one sprang a leak- gel came up through the cushion cover and got all over my pants. I pre-treated and got it out of my pants. I later took the cover off- it was drenched in gel and was gooped up in the seams, but I hand-scrubbed it with warm water and dish soap. When I thought I had gotten most of it out I washed it and it came out fine. I put the addl. cover away for future use and trashed the cushion. I called and let Forever Comfy know what happened and they sent me not one, but two new cushions free of charge. I am very pleased with their customer service. Downside, I do notice the cushion in my office chair has flattened and doesn't bounce back into place, but if I sit on it just right I can take the pressure off the tail bone, which is what I need.

I have two of these and I like them.

I guess if you sit on any cushion for the majority of a day it would flatten

Out eventually.

Also if the person using it is extreamly heavy then that goes without saying.

Forever Comfy TV Informercials a Con

After contacting my state Attorney General\'s office and filing a complaint Forever Comfy refunded my total charge. AG sent me a copy of the response from Forever Comfy and it was incorrect and misleading.

They said I clicked on links to purchase additional items and that I waited too long to cancel, neither are true.

At least I got my money back and I hope everyone else here does too. Bad, bad company!!

On 10/13 I saw an infomercial on TV about the Forever Comfy pillow. I went to their website and purchased the product for $19.95 plus $10 for extra thick gel and $9.95 shipping. It didn't allow me to see the total until I had completed my transaction. The total came to over $64! I looked for contact information on their site for customer service but was unable to find it. A friend found their phone number but they are closed on weekends. First thing Monday I called them and cancelled the order, cancellation confirmation # 25454****. As far as I knew there was no problem. Today, 10/17 I received an email notification that my order had been shipped. I immediately called them and was told that there was nothing they could do because it had already been shipped. He did some double talk about how they don't get the information for at least 48 hours and because they try to get orders out quickly blah, blah, blah. None of what he was saying made good sense. He said he could credit my account $20 for the difference in the advertised price and what I was charged but I don't want to deal with this company at this point. He said I could return it and pay for the shipping but I don't think I should have to do this. I'm a disabled senior and returning it would be difficult and expensive. When I told him I would contact my credit card company he hung up on me. I think them sending it out after I cancelled the order was a scam.

The company is a FRAUD. I had terrible problems but was able to cancel my order.

Now I get a letter saying they will ship whenever they get the product.

Really *** product! The ordering process was a joke - it didn't allow me to see the total until after the button was clicked to order (ni review your order option) since I wanted 2 cushions for my parents and didn't know until the end it was a 2 for 1 deal I ended up with 4 and could tell untill it went through.

I got the same answer othersx go about the 48 hour before they could see the order. I DID call back in 48 hrs and told the order was only for 2 cushions - and no I got SIX cushions charged to my CC. I then asked them to cancel and was assured it would be before the order went out. It was NOT.

The SIX cushions arrived and after only 2 weeks the cushions were flat as a pancake! Even stacking two together was useless! The hassel and aggraviation with the company for my elder parents to return was more than they could manage so I guess they got our money but hopefully this post will save anyone else from ever ordering one of their products!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! :(

Google the "Texas Attorney General's online complaint". Sorry can't post links here. I would highly recommend you file an online complaint, I did in California and they refunded my money within days.

Don't do it!! Husband tried to warn me.

Ordered bogo. No review of order.

This company is the most devious company I have dealt with. They did the same thing to me after all the pages of other products saying no to them only getting a page that showed a total of $59.95 for one cushion only to find out the second cushion is automatic not what they say in the commercial it surely appears optional and they place the order before you see the total.

Do not buy from these people you will be sorry. I have always been shown the total before the offer is placed this is nothing short of fraud.

Went through the same process as previous customers. Buying them for my handicapped husband.

Upgraded and charged 119.70 too. Nothing I could do. Couldn't find any # to call to cancel. Couldn't talk to anyone, just a phone maze.

Cushions are already compacted down after 1 week.

There was no invoice in the box, and no email confirmation. Guess we are stuck with 4 crushed cushions.

Gel leaking out!

I purchased 4 of these from various stores. Have been using one on my desk chair for a few months. Just discovered goo All over me and my chair :( poor design and Money wasted! Now am afraid to let anyone use the remaining 3 and am not sure what to do. Wondering if i got a faulty one or if all are doomed. If company has made changes i would appreciate replacements. I do not feel that it was abused or Misused at all and when i look at how it is out together i am disappointed. Also, how safe is this goo? I have 2 dogs and a kid at home and wonder if i need to throw out all the pillows today!

Jell exploded out of cushion

As I sat on my cushion the corner ripped and the jell escaped making a great mess on my hardwood floor and getting on my poor dogs head and ears. The company's quality control has not called back (have been waiting 1 hour and 16 minutes thus far). The jell has ruined my clothes and is not coming off of the hardwood floor or the dog. Supposedly non toxic? But what if? Definitely not a happy customer!!!!!!!! I am not a happy person with this product as this should never of happened and I will be sending my bills to the company for what this is costing me besides all of my time.

Forever "Uncomfy" Cushion burst & gel leaked

Cushion does not live up to its name of "comfy" but I continued to use it until my new office chair I ordered arrived. Within 2 weeks' use, the cusion sprang a leak, and the industrial-like gel that came out of it ruined my pants. Fortunately my old office chair is leather and very little gel got on it and wiped dry. But I was unable to get gel out of pants, so in the trash they went. Definely don't recommend this product to anyone, and if you are using one - caution: yours could leak and cause damage. Buyer beware!

I had mine for over a year...I work 8 to 10 hours a day and its all sitting. I havent had a problem yet. Maybe you got a defective one.

Forever comfy pillow

this is one of the biggest scams i have ever seen. first they make you buy 2 but you only have to pay for shipping and handling you get the junk in mail and after a few days they are flat as a pancake. one was even leaking the gel . then when you try to return they keep the $20 they charged to ship the junk plus you have to pay to send them back. i feel like a sap that i ever dealt with this company. but i will do all i can to not have them sell another pillow to anyone i know

Lumpy Gel

The gel core of the Forever Comfy cushion is of extremely poor quality and once the cushion is sat on the gel does not go back to a uniform thickness causing places where there is no gel at all. This is a lousy product and I was very disappointed in it. I gave one to my son as a gift to use at college and he said I should get my money back. The one I gave to a friend is also horrible. Whoever came up with this product design should be fired. I hope that I can get my money back.

Forever Comfy inferior product

I am handicapped with one leg, and using a power chair. Going by the TV commercial, the item having superior foam and thick filled cushion filled with gel. When I ordered on line! I had the option paying $5.00 more for each pillow, and receive a thicker quality. The foam is an inferior quality; it does not return to its original shape, the gel filled section is paper thin. I ended up opening both pillow cases and both zippers broke right away. Doubled in one pillow case the gel filled parts and added one more foam section. After using the pillow for two weeks! It is as about 1 ¼" thick and hard as a rock. This Item is absolutely an inferior product made in China, I Paid $49.85 for both. Going to call the company on Monday, and hope to get a refund. $10.00 upgrade to better ones.

Total $49,85.

You have to send them back to an PO BOX, have to use FED EX or UPS

Received an refund off $29.95 What an Joke.

They still cost me an total of $54.55

I ordered buy one at $10.00 and get one free for shipping and handling. The next thing I know I was told by the company that I had ordered 4 cushions and my CC had a $130.00 charge on it. I contacted my bank and put an unauthorized charge and a hold on my account pending further investigation. When I informed the sales dept that I wanted to cancel my order he suddenly told me that it had already been sent. That was odd, I had only ordered it the prior day. I than informed him that I was recording our call according to the FCC laws and was immediately hung up on.

Forever Comfy - Worst Product on TV

I ordered 2 of these, believing the TV ads. The cushions mold into the first shape that sits on them, and there is absolutely NO COMFORT about them. Because I spent over $40 for these things, I keep trying - I turn them sideways, backways, and upside down, but the product is totally worthless. I have serious back and hip issues, and despite the claims, while I cannot say the "Forever Comfy" has made my problems worse, I can promise that there is absolutely no improvement or benefit from this ridiculous product! I find it hard to believe that they are still able to market this worthless piece of foam!

Charged more than ordered

ordered 1 for 19.99 bill charged 59.80 for 4. i only wanted one pillow. the add showed that you could get one more with free shipping. when i went to check out, it showed that i ordered four of them and charged me shipping on one and added the charge for the second one that was supposed to be free. I want to cancel the order but there is no contact number. the only way to cancel is for me to cancel my card and get a new one. i am truly pissed off. I want to cancel order. Help

I bought these forever comfy pillows as gifts for Christmas. When I tried to order from the commercials on T.V., I could get two for the price of one. On the website, I saw that indeed I could get two for the price of one. HOWEVER, without allowing me to view my order with S/H before purchasing, the order went through and the S/H was the same amount as the pillows. I ordered two (4 altogether). If I had seen that the shipping and handling was $19.95 for each unit of two pillows (an extra $40 to me), I would NOT have purchased them on line and waited for from 4 to 6 weeks to receive them. I looked for a phone number to cancel the order, and there is not one anywhere. So, I called my card company to dispute the charge. My choice was to cancel my card and have a new one issued or buy those pillows with their exhorbitant RIP OFF shipping and handling charges. I withdrew all the money from the card into my bank account and canceled the card. I will not lose any of the money since I canceled my card as soon as the order went through. But, I am inconvenienced by having to wait for the reissue of the new card. DO NOT ORDER FROM FOREVER COMFY without having read these reviews. I have not had the pillows long enough to know whether they hold up or not. I enjoy ordering from Amazon and they have them also, for less shipping and handling, and Bed, Bath & Beyond has them for $19.95 for one. BBB and Amazon will continue to be my trusted sites.
